I plan to attend the Valley Springs Motorcycle ride Saturday, August 21, 2021. Great ride in Western WI. Note this ride moved from July to August this year (and I am thankful that it shouldn't be 92 and 92% humidity like last year). Let me know if you plan to attend as we plan to camp the night before and are happy to get together in advance of the ride. Our annual dual sport ride is held in Ellsworth WI and covers approximately 150 miles. Trails consist of single track dirtbike trails, ATV trails, 2 track field roads, and several short sections of gravel and asphalt roads.
This is an all day event which includes a lunch. We see all types of bikes and riders at our event, from barely street-legal European and Japanese bikes to larger adventure bikes. We are more suitable for bikes under 300lbs.
We are also offering clubmember guided rides for those who don't want to follow a gps device throughout the day.
There are several mandatory creek crossings on the main trail. Many of our hills are several hundred feet high, and we ride them from top to bottom. There are no mud bogs on the ride.
